Role of soluble Fas-antigen (sFas), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in adrenocortical carcinoma patients

The numerous growth factors and cytokines take part in mechanisms of tumor growth and metastasing.The aim of this study was determination of sFas, IL-6 and VEGF serum levels in 19 patients with adrenal cortical carcinoma (11 women and 8 men aged 21–72 years).
